I certify that I have the legal right to advertise, fill vacancies, and offer discounts on any properties that I advertise on ComeHome2Minnesota Rentals and ComeHomeRentals.com

I agree to keep my rental listings on ComeHome2Minnesota Rentals and ComeHomeRentals.com current, removing , disabling, or changing the status of listings as they are rented.

I agree to keep my rental listings on ComeHome2Minnesota Rentals and ComeHomeRentals.com current, adjusting information, rents, and discounts in a timely manner.

I agree to provide current contact information on ComeHome2Minnesota Rentals and ComeHomeRentals.com, updating as necessary.

I agree to provide an advertised discount  of at least $50.00 off the first months rent on all rental properties listed on ComeHome2Minnesota Rentals and ComeHomeRentals.com.

I agree to give renters who submit (at the time of the rental agreement) a printed copy of my listing displaying my contact information, my advertised discount (as indicated in the printed copy) on the tenant's first months rent.

I understand that ComeHome2Minnesota Realty, Inc. and ComeHomeRentals.com make no warranty or guarantee, written or implied, as to the  success or failure of ads placed on ComeHomeRentals.com.

I understand that ComeHome2Minnesota Realty, Inc. and ComeHomeRentals.com do not charge a fee or commission to advertise or update rental properties.

I understand that failure to keep listings and contact information current can (at the discretion of ComeHome2Minnesota Realty, Inc.) lead to suspension or termination of my account.
