How to browse listings...

You may click on "View All Rentals" to view all listings on the menu bar to the left.  If you want to sort the listings, click on the "Sort Listings By:" to sort by monthly rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, or city.

You may also choose to do a more specific search by clicking on the "Search Rentals" button on the left hand navigation bar.  From there, simply select the criteria that you are interested in, and click on the "submit search" button at the bottom of the page.  To select multiple items in a criteria, hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard while making selections.

Why register?

When you register and log in, you will notice some differences in the listings display...
You will be able to view the property address. 
You will be able to view the property manager or landlord contact information and their profile.
You will be able to email the landlord or property manager.
You will have access to a Google map to the listing's location.
You will be able to save your search.
You will be able to save individual listings to your favorites.
You will have access to a navigation bar that will allow you to go to the next listing, go back, save the search, or return to the search.
Your name will appear at the top of the listing, along with a printer friendly link. (so you can get your discount on your first month's rent!)

How do I get the discount on the first month's rent?

While logged in and viewing a listing, click on the "Printer Friendly Version of This Page" link above the listing.  The listing will print out, with "Print this page to receive a Discount on First Month's Rent: $Discount for Your Name on this property."

Present this page to the landlord/property manager at the time you rent your new home, and the you will receive the discount as advertised by the landlord/property manager, from the landlord/property manager.  The discount is from the landlord/property manager, not ComeHomeRentals.com or ComeHome2Minnesota Realty Inc..  

Note...  the landlord/property manager is not obligated  to give you the discount, without this print out containing both your name and the landlord contact information.

Saving searches

When you are registered and logged in, and perform a search for homes meeting specific criteria, you can save your search by clicking on the "Save this search" button near the top of the page.  You will then be directed to give your search a name, and be given the option of being notified via email when a new listing meets your saved search criteria.

While logged in, you can also view your saved searches by clicking on the "Saved Searches" button on the left hand menu bar.

Favorite properties

You can add a property to your favorites, while logged in.  When viewing a property, just click on the "Add to favorites" link on the right side of the listing.  Later, while logged in, you can recall your favorite properties by clicking on the "View Favorites" button on the menu bar to the left.
